Who Am I

My name is Sarah-Beth Lingham and I am a third year student in a sports therapy and rehabilitation degree. In my first year I completed a full module on massage and soft tissue therapies and gained experience massaging in a massage clinic. After passing my first year of university I am now qualified to perform sports massages. I am currently based in Euxton (PR7), however, I am working towards becoming mobile in the near future.

The appointment will start with a short consultation, in this we will discuss your goals from the treatment, the contents of the treatment and any extra information I may need to provide the best possible treatment for you
The massage will then begin.
Throughout, I will be checking if the pressure is correct for you and ensuring that the treatment is what you expected
The appointment will end with me providing you some information and advice on how to continue to get the best result from your treatment
